Workshop?

Okay, what a long day.

~ First, went for Spanish lesson. Sir was kind enough to repeat the class I missed last week in less than 15 minutes. Well, at least he tried his best to make me understand everything that he was trying to say. Anyways, then we had our exam. It was definitely tough for me. Overall, I scored 68 out of 89. In percentage over 100, that is about 75%. Well, I didn't expect much from it since I started studying yesterday night for less than 5 hours.

After that, went to Damansara Jaya for the workshop. I was assigned to a scene where there is a bunch of close friends chatting while eating KFC. And guess what, the guys were told to steal the chicken from the ladies. Hm... I just don't really find it easy to work with unfamiliar people. In the end, I tried my best. Hopefully, everything turned out correctly and they'll pick me as one of the casts in the KFC commercial.

~ Went back home then. Could have stopped by Petaling Street for a while to get some books, but the plan was cancelled because it was raining. So I headed home right away and rested for couple of hours.

Left at 5.45 to the LRT station. The STAR lrt arrived quickly, and not long after that I found myself at the KTM station waiting for the train to arrive. Ma chao hai... it took more or less half an hour. I was so god damn pissed. Argh!!! And in the train, it was as if the air cond wasn't on at all. Maybe it wasn't! Cause it was so fucking stuffy and warm in it. i felt like jumping off the train by then. Luckily, the train arrived at the Mid Valley station before I lost all my patience.

~ So, had my dinner at Little Vietnam. the food I ordered is pretty delicious. The BBQ chicken was soft and boneless whereas the drink that I called was ok. it was a mixture of ice, coconut milk, red beans, cendol and corn. It's something like the popular local dessert, ais kacang. I had the dinner alone at first, but was soon joined by Kin, Ju, Tseng, Zero and his 2 other church friends.

Watched War of the Worlds. Dakota Fanning was really really really annoying, irritating and noisy in the movie. I hate her character in the movie. Overall, I'll rate the movie 6/10. The storyline isn't really good... the beginning was interesting, but as the story continues, the flow isn't steady and a bit off at times. And some parts are ridiculous. And with a happy ending, t isn't the best/most significant way to end a movie in this era. Well, some short parts should have been prolonged, while some unnecessary scenes should be deleted to save time, such as the ear-torturing screams. Ok la.. I'll rate it 6.1/10.

Camera replaced.

Okay. A short one since I have insufficient time.

~ Got a new camera today. Lost mine weeks ago. Dropped it gua... or somebody took it. Was supposed to use my money to get the new camera, but in the end mom volunteered to sponsor most of the cost.

Famous Artistes called and I've been shortlisted for a KFC ad. Went for the audition the other day. Lucky me. I'm nervous. Argh!!!!! Tomorrow gotta attend the workshop. I wonder what am I gonna do there...

~ I have confirmed my flight to Japan and from Japan. I would be leaving on the 27th at 2330 and will reach Narita Airport at 0730. Hm... 26 days left. And I'll be back on the 27th August, at 1940.

I'll have my very first Spanish exam tomorrow. I'm doomed. I hadn't been paying attention, and I actually skipped last week's lesson due to laziness. Gotta burn the midnight oil tonight just to pass the paper tomorrow.

Outta here. Adios!

Drama...

Hm... college was pretty boring today. For English, we just did the dummy for the drama and nothing else other than that. Had lunch later, when I forced a whole plate of so-so tomato fried rice into my small stomach. Helena didn't even finish hers, and jusding from the size of the food, she took quite a lot already. Ee Vonn joined us when we had nearly finished our food, but then we had a lot of time before the next class starts. So we hung out till 12.50 before walking back to TBS under the hot sun.

~ Accountings was short. It lasted for 40 minutes only. And it was our last tutorial class for the subject. Well, I'll just gotta wait for the new semester to start before having a full acocunting class again. Anyway, it was just an unofficial end, cause on next Monday, we have presentation to be done for that particular subject too.

For this whole week, we have 3 drama rehearsals. Argh.. I'm tired of it. Not because that I'm sick of it, it's just that I have insufficient time to really rest my butt off. I just had an hour class for violin, and now my hands are energiless... well, i managed to get a good comment from the rather strict teacher today... hm... a day of practice was enough to fool him I guess. Now gotta work on 2 new songs. I'm wondering when will I be promoted to Grade 1. I'm still in the beginner stage! (after um... 4 months!)

~ Alright, gotta go now. have to prepare for drama tomorrow to avoid scoldings from Rosline. After that, gotta revise on my Japanese. Hopefully I'll be able to read up on Spanish too. And last but not least, read a few more pages of the current book that I'm into.

Eventful.

Life has been eventful lately.

~ I have registered for a Intensive Japanese Couse that starts on the 1st of August until 26th of August. Well, I would be studying Japanese for 3 hours from Monday to Friday... in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Yes, it's a short term study in Japan program. At first, I never thought that my parents would allow me to go, but well, it is time to explore the world on my own, it seems. I would be going over there by the end of July, on the 28th or 29th. Date is unconfirmed. Nihon, here I come.

At first, I chose homestay program. Unfortunately, there isn't any families available for it. Zannenne. Therefore, it leaves me no any other choices but the dormitory. I've checked the website for the dormitories... and they are not as bad as I had thought. The rooms are small though. I'm choosing the twin package, which means I would be sharing my room with a total stranger, since I'm trying to cut down the cost for accomodation. Gotta spend more on food.

~ So, I'm gonna miss out lots of things for approximately 5 weeks when I'm not here. I'm gonna miss 5 weeks of college, inclusive of 2 weeks term break. Furthermore, I can't be there to witness the born of a new star! Hm... all the best to you! I promise I'll call you a day before your competition! Haha... and listen carefully when the winner is announced. Don't embarrass yourself or soemthing.

Besides, I coulnd't continue my Spanish classes for Beginner 2 which would actually start either by end of July, or early August. Luckily, I can always follow up when I come back. And if there is too few students in a class, the commencement of the new classes would have to be postponed. Hm... don't really care about that now. I have my Spanish exam coming up, which is making me worried. My Spanish hasn't been good, and I'm not putting much effort in it. I'm having difficulties in memorising the vocabs, though the grammar part is quite okay. A Pass, that's what I'm aiming for.

~ And of course, I couldn't continue my Japanese class for Elementary 2-2. I can't even continue when I come back, cause I would be ahead of what my classmates will study. It has been a year since I've been with them, the teachers and my friends. I would definitely miss them. There had been times when I embarrassed myself, and times when we made fun of each other, and times when I got bullied... 2 more classes to go then I'll never see all of them again. What a pity, since I just got friendlier to them. Maybe I should pay them a visit when I'm back. Argh, and the exam is 2 weeks from now too. Unbelievable, so many exams at once.

Other things that I would be living without when I'm in Japan. The songs in my computer... tv programs in mandarin and english... violin lessons... guitar lessons... movies... and many more that I'm not goin to mention due to laziness. Hoopefully, I can easily catch up with everything when I come back. More importantly, I gotta enlighten myself with new gossips and news.

~ July is the month for exams. My finals for Semester 2 in Taylors Business School is approaching. Just sat for my Malaysian Studies paper on Friday. What can I say, it wasn't easy, and yet it wasn't very tough. It's somewhere in between, but falling more towards the tough side. Everyone was aiming for a mere pass in that subject... maybe I shhould expect the same from me. It is treated as an unimportant subject by many...

I've been taking of what's my plan for next year. Most probably I would be leaving Taylors by next year. And where am I heading to? I'm not sure. I don't have a plan right now. I'm just waiting for my foundation year to be over, then I'll continue form there. For now, I'll just enjoy whateva that is laid in front of me.

~ Outta here now. Adios!

AARRGGHH!

Finally I had something to do. Mum and I went to this dinner, invited by my mom's friend at Shang-ri la Hotel at 7. There were many people, about 40-50 of us. The dinner buffet was great, the food was delicious, well, some of them. I liked the broccoli, the gyoza and this crunchy fried food. I didn't have the chance to try the dessert!!! All because I was too fool! Damn it. The chocolate covered fruits looked really, really tasty.

~ I find it weird to be with the people today. Well, I'm not that close to them anymore. Last time, I used to go to their house and have several nights of stayover. My childhood friend was always easy to talk to. But not today. As we grew up, our distance had gone further. He's not someone mature, not that I'm not, but we seems to be from different worlds. So, basically I sat there, silently for 2-3 hours. Anyway, I'm always shy in front of them. Haha... I'm not sure whether I wore the wrong clothes today, or my face mutated, but I spotted some of my mom's friends looking at me like a stranger. Perhaps, they are asking who the hell is this guy. I'm an unimportant person though.

Well, looking back at how I spent my 17 years on earth, i feel a bit tired by now. Hopefully college will start soon. I'm dying of boredom again.

Bored...

Holidays have always been like that. The same routine every year. Sleep, eat, watch tv, go shopping, hang out with friends. As for today, I went to KLCC with my sister.

~ Was set to buy some clothes, but got nothing. Bought a new album, a compilation album by 5566. As I was at the payment counter, the one in front of me was actually getting Jac's debut album, the original one of course! Haha... well, Jac's a great singer, she'll make us proud in the World Idol. Still, I hope Fantasia will win.

X'Mas is approaching fast. My wish this year? Well, I hope for a more eventful life starting from next year. I would truly want to achieve my dreams. Featured on an advertisement, seen in magazines and able to perform in the public, big crowd or small crowd will do. But Santa had never make my dreams come true. Not that I could remember any. There might be one or two... but those are not dreams.

~ I wonder how everyone is doing. I meant my schoolmates. Most probably they are enjoying their lives right now, at this moment, this very second. And me? Blogging here. Last year, things were better. Lots of plans for the holidays, busy thoughout the whole holidays. But this time around, I live in boundaries. By the way, to make things clear, I'm not suffering from depression, not a serious one.. haha. No offence to those who's reading this.

1st of January would be a big day for my sister. Her wedding dinner's on that night. I'm so excited for her, of course, she feels the same. 1st of January too, would be the launch of my new site, and this site would be ABANDONED. 1st of January too, is the official start of a new year, indicating the beginning of new world, calendar, luck, fortune, etc. And 7 days after that, I'm officially a student of Taylor's Business School...

Tired...

Only slept for 6 hours today. That's short of 2-3 hours compared to the usual time. Why? I watched Return of the King again, but this time, the extended version. The movie is about 4 hours. Yea, that long. Watching it again, I realised what an amazing movie it is. Enjoyable, fun and entertaining. I couldn't spot which part was extended though. Haha, don't blame me, I couldn't remember much about the shortened version when I watched it 2 years ago. Hope The Hobbit would be released soon.

~ Oh yea, there was a bad news for me. Apple Language Centre, where I learn my Japanese, will be shifting to Plaza Berjaya next month. There would be a few weeks break. Damn, another few weeks wasted then. And it will actually demoralise me. I hate going far, far places at night. But come to think of it, it would mean that I can go for a lil' shopping every Tuesday.

Christina Aguilera has been confirmed to be the host for the MTV Asia Awards 2005 which would be held in Bangkok. Damn, when will it take place in Malaysia, I thought. Anyways, though I'm an Asian, i have to say that the award show is a bit lame, dull and boring. With expected winners, there is nothing much to watch. And some performances are just less entertaining. Hopefully the artists that are due to perform this time would do better.
