Hehe... a long post be4 SPM!

Well, it has been 19 days since I last updated my blog.

First thing first. Prom. Well, we have reduced the number of people attending it from 150 to 100 due to some unforseen circumstances. Well, we still hope to get more and more people so that we can get a bigger room, or else... By the way, we need some volunteers to perform that night. Anyone interested, message me using MSN. Besides, we might need some cds for the event. If you have any cds that are suitable for the event, please help us out.

~ Next, the 2nd thing that is bugging me is the SNL incident recently. Ashlee Simpson was caught lip-synching and since then, thousands had been insulting her. I don't understand why they care so much just for one unavoidable mistake that was made by a cute, lovely artist. Ashlee-haters fuck off now. She has tried her best since she joined the music industry and it wasn't her fault for being sick. Besides, we shouldn't blame anyone else right now but to keep supporting her, so that she can go on with her life and contribute to the music industry. Lip-synching is a very common matter today. Look at Britney Spears. She did sing life before, but most of the time she just danced without singing to her audience. F4, with all the fame, they still sometimes lip-synched. I guess Destiny's Child uses back-up tapes for their latest performances for their latest track 'Lose My Breath' too. N-Sync lip-synchs too. It's just very common. Just for one mistake, it is very unfair to judge Ashlee for that. Her album's great with many many nice tracks. Well, lip-syching might be bad cause the artists don't sing their own songs, but lip-synching once or twice is okay. Nobody's perfect. Something is just fucking wrong with those people.

Okay, done. 2 more school days to go then the holidays start. Well, not really. We were given early leave so that we could study for our SPM. My Additional Mathematics papers would be on the 4th of November, which is roughly 7 days from now. I can't believe that after 12 years in Sekolah Sri Garden, I would have to leave the school soon. It would actually take me some time to adapt to the new environment, without school, less friends, less activities, almost nothing to do after SPM. Growing up is rather difficult. Well, just hope that I'll be able to live through it. For now, I'm not sure whether I want to further my studies in Help Institute or Taylor's College. Folks, which one do you think is a better choice?

New tracks recommended for listening:
1) Gwen Stefani - What Are You Waiting For
2) Destiny's Child - Lose My Breath
3) Lindsay Lohan - Rumours

Gonna be Thursday!!!

Damn! I've wasted 3 days without studying for my SPM. I've gotta start soon or I'll suffer next month.

~ Things had been great at school. Recently, I've been talking a lot of crap and unnecessary stuff. In class, in the canteen, in the bus, etc. Sho was telling me his experience with the paranormals. It seems that the rumour of our school background is still passed around. Most of the people think that before our school was built, it was a hospital. And I've also heard that it was a cemetary before the hospital. I guess that's why we have numerous ghosts stories about our school. The way he told me about everything was kinda freaking me out. He seems to encounter them many, many times. It is as if he's born to see them. That sounds kinda cool, but I wouldn't want to possess that type or supernatural power.

The results for my examination weren't that bad afterall. I got 89 for my English, which was above my expectation. Why? Because I didn't had enough time to finish the literature section. Fortunately, I scored a surprising 14 out of 15. As for History, I got 33 for the objective paper, a slight increase compared to the trial 1(30 if I'm not mistaken). For Commerce, I scored 30/40 for the objective paper. Since a few exams ago, I've been scoring the same marks for objective paper. That just shows I have not improved at all. Hehe :) As for Basic Economics, 35/40 for the objective paper is good enough for me. Hm, as for Mathematics, I'm a bit disappointed with the score. Sigh... Last but not least, Additional Mathematics. I have not receive back the paper 2 yet, but I'm satisfied with my marks for paper 1...

~ Now, time for some updates on the prom night. Nothing much to update actually. Well, our theme most probably would be A Moment Like This. Let's see... nothing much to update I guess. Everything's so unplanned right now...

What a relief!

After 2 stressful week, schedule returns to normal and I would be blogging more often from now until SPM starts in November.

~ Trial 2 was way tougher than the 1st trial. The BM paper was damn tough. I did not finished my English Paper for novel section due to insufficient of time. Why did that happen? I thought the paper ends at 10.45, but it ended at 10.30, 15 minutes earlier than the time I thought. Comes to Mathematics, well, it's okay. Not much comments about it. Science... tough... difficult. History. It was 'kinda' okay. As for Moral, hopefully I can maintain my marks. And as for Commerce and Basic Economics, those papers were much tougher, hehe... Last but not least, Additional Mathematics. I'm not sure how high I will score for it, but I'm praying for at least a B3.

Now, the updates on Malaysian Idol. Let's start with Dina. Her performances were good and impressive. She sang a song by Anita Sarawak and 'I Turn To You' by Christina Aguilera. Jac, although she did not brought out the Malay song well, but she heated up the atmosphere with 'If I Ain't Got You' by Alicia Keys, who are in town today for her first ever concert in Malaysia. As for Vick, he's quite okay. Watching him singing 'Belaian Jiwa' by Innuendo and a rendition of 'I Believe' by Fantasia Barrino, the idol queen, I yawned a couple of times. Haha... My predictions? Hm.. it's too hard to choose. If the people go for talent, I'm sure Jac and Dina would be in. But if we follow the trend, the 2 finalists would be Dina and Vick. Well, so much to think, so hard to choose. Hopefully, Dina and Jac would be through to the next round. And it was funny watching Ms. Fauziah Latiff calling Vick Jac twice.

~ Went to Low Yat today with Inez, Amber and Nixie. We chatted a lot in Inez's car and our topic was about music played on the radio(Hitz.Fm). Amber was anticipating alternative rock. I was waiting for the radio to play some of my personal favourites R&B songs. In the end, out of 10 songs we heard, most of them were pop-rock, while others consisted of R&B songs, local efforts, and only 1 alternative rock. We heard Sarah Connor's 'Bounce', Outkast's 'I Like the Way You Move', Avril Lavigne's 'My Happy Ending', etc. We also heard a song by Reshmonu, a very popular local artist with his new song. I can't remember the title, but it features some other singers, including a Kenya female singer, who was criticised by Inez and Amber. Well, we had lots of laughter back then.

We ate Ramen in Low Yat before I went to my mother's coffee shop. Finally, my mother said that I can follow the trip to Korea as long as there are more than 5 people going. Cool. I can't wait for the SPM to be over...
