ANTM 8 Episode 7 & 8 Quickie

At the early part of episode 7, the girls met with Twiggy and Melrose and was asked to rename themselves. Melrose went a lot prettier appearing in that episode. HEr moles seemed to be gone and she looked a lot more feminine. By the way, FYI, she's now focusing on fashion design and does modeling as her sedentary occupation. Here are their initial nicknames:

• Dionne - Wholahay
• Jael - Jael
• Jaslene - Jaslene
• Natasha - Nata
• Renee - Nayiem
• Sarah - Moe
• Whitney - Whitelle

Then, they were brought to a party in order to expand their network in this industry. Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton and 50 Cent were there, not to forget Benny Media and Beverly Johnson. Jael, as annoying as she could get, was thrown into the pool which most probably jeopardized her image. I pity Natasha who involuntarily got involved in it. Nevertheless, it was actually a challenge and Dionne won it. She landed an advertisement together with Jaslene and Whitney.

Anyway, for their photo shoot, they were ordered to come out with 4 personal traits of them which will be portrayed in their photographs. And here are the wonderful pictures...

I have to say that Natasha surprised me with her fantastic photograph. Jael too, although I dislike her. Anyway, Tyra's call-out order (which is perhaps, shocking!):

It's sad to see Sarah crying so much during her elimination from the competition. My own call-out order would have been:

Onto the next episode, the girls were given some lessons on acting. Renee emerged as the new challenge winner, and she picked Dionne to share the price with her. At first, they actually received a baby tee, where Dionne clearly expressed her suprise, astonishment and disappointment towards the prize. However, on the very next day, both of them found out that their real rewards were their family visiting them in the house. It was a sweet reunion for both families. Yes, both Renee and Dionne are married, and has a son and a daughter respectively.

Reunion just doesn't stop here. During their photo shoot, it was another big reunion with former contestants. For the episode, the girls had to relive the most scandalous and memorable moments of ANTM history.

Brittany got to pose with the Babin twins from (Cycle 7).


Dionne became a lesbo with Kim (Cycle 5)!


Jael tried to faint like Rebecca (Cycle 4).


Jaslene and Bre (Cycle 5) on stolen granola bars.


Natasha contracted flesh-eating bacteria from Michelle (Cycle 4).


Renee got to be in Joanie's (Cycle 6) shoes for teeth extraction.


Whitney, just like Shannon (Cycle 1), refused to post nude.

It's great to see great models like Michelle, Amanda and Shannon to be back on the show that startled their career in modeling. And hell, Kim got so much prettier. Nonetheless, one girl had to go home that episode and Tyra's call-out order was:

I do agree with her decision completely for the first time. Hopefully Jael will be next.
